Important Information A light oil or wax coating is applied to the cast iron products reducing the risk of rusting. Exposure to moisture or high humidity the Cast Iron is susceptible to rust , in cases where the bracket  may be exposed to moisture we recommend applying a suitable finish such as lacquer or varnish and oiling will also provide a level of protection.
